Every product you buy from this website must be free of defects, or you may return it immediately to Hazel's Gifts for replacement or refund. That's it. No fine print. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If a replacement product is no longer available a full refund of your purchase shall be made. As the product was shipped to you free of shipping costs, return shipping costs are considered to be your responsibility.
You have the right to return non-defective items within 30 days in its original condition. You will be refunded the full amount off your purchase less a restocking fee of 20%.
If for any reason you decide to return your puchase, we require that you notify us of your intention to return the merchandise. This notification should be in the form of an E-mail and should include at a minimum the following information:
- Your Name and Address
- A description of the article you are returning and the reason for this return
